I got an early Christmas gift to myself (with help from Grandma's Christmas Money) - a new lens for my camera. It's the one MckMama recommends for getting those sought after blurry backgrounds. I've been taking lots of pictures trying to perfect my craft. These are some pictures of the kids from last week.

it's funny, while i was reading your christmas day post i was thinking "wow, i wonder what kind of camera she has. it must be a dslr, but i don't recall her pics ever looking like this before [with a blurry background]" and then lo and behold... =) love it. it's one of my goals for 2010 to get one.
should have posted with my actual blog link, since i don't use blogger. always forget it auto-inserts for me.
